Burn

My good friend Matt Bodman is releasing his debut album this week. Its called ‘Burn’ and it is fantastic. For his release concert, myself and some other songwriters (Tono, Zoe Cook, Antony Jefarres) will be performing Matt’s songs as well as our own. 15th May at 17th Ave theatre, Tauranga 7.30pm $10 at door (or $20 with a copy of the album) Check out Matt’s music here - myspace.com/mattbodmanandthevalentinegrind - and you can get his album on iTunes.

amazing grace in a little old church

When we were on tour in the south island we came across this little old church in the middle of no where, the key was in the door so went in to have a look. We stuck around for a few hours singing and playing. Good times. The video camera ran out so we only got three or four songs but we must have sung twenty something… Check out some others on youtube.

Check out the new music video we made for ‘Satellites’. Its bits and pieces we shot on the recent tour and even some footage from way back recording the album, which feels like seven years ago! I think i’ll make a short film/doco out of the footage we shot on tour, using all the most boring parts…maybe.
